In 2015, a group of 23 young engineering graduates from IPRC Kigali (now Rwanda Polytechnic – Kigali College) came together with a mission: to prove that Rwanda’s TVET higher education system produces innovators and builders ready to lead real change.
Fresh out of classrooms and workshops, these young professionals didn’t wait for opportunities; they created one. With shared skills, diverse engineering backgrounds, and a unified vision, they founded Resilience Professionals Ltd; a company built not just to do business, but to demonstrate the power of technical education in transforming people, workplaces, and the environments we live in.
